Leading client engagement at Desda Group, Isolde is responsible for business development, client relationship management, recruitment, and workforce performance across Desda's consulting and staffing operations — working closely with clients to understand their needs, source and place the right talent, and ensure every engagement delivers lasting value.
With over 25 years of experience across financial services, Isolde has delivered complex, large-scale change programs across four continents. Before joining Desda, senior leadership roles within the superannuation sector included heading a Value Management Office — building and maturing enterprise portfolio management capability at scale. Earlier career highlights include leading programs and coaching project professionals within major banking institutions, and over a decade as a Principal Consultant working across Australia, the UK, South Africa, and the United States.
Known for building strong, enduring stakeholder relationships and developing high-performing teams, Isolde brings both strategic clarity and hands-on delivery expertise to every engagement — connecting clients with exceptional talent and continuously raising the bar on how Desda serves its clients.

Bringing close to a decade of experience across recruitment coordination, HR administration, payroll, and executive support, Alaleh has worked across financial services, employment services, and professional services environments. Prior to joining Desda, roles at specialist recruitment and IT staffing firms developed deep expertise in applicant tracking systems, contract preparation, workforce compliance, and candidate care — including hands-on experience with JobAdder, Invenias, Xero, Employment Hero, and DocuSign.

With 25+ years of expertise delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs across business and technology domains, Jeremy is a trusted authority in financial services product delivery. He is an expert in independent program reviews and developing remediation strategies for major technology delivery programmes — working with fund managers, custodians, superannuation funds, and not-for-profit organisations.
Jeremy brings more than 20 years of specialised experience across unit pricing, performance and attribution, banking, superannuation, registry, and custodial services. His career has spanned major institutions including AustralianSuper, Commonwealth Bank, and National Australia Bank, where he has consistently led high-stakes programs requiring both technical depth and strong stakeholder management.

In her role, Sasha oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination across projects and teams. With a focus on optimising processes and enhancing productivity, she plays a key role in driving the company's operational success. Ilia Grushko brings over 20 years of financial services experience to his role as Senior Consultant at Desda — combining deep superannuation domain knowledge with proven project delivery capability to support both the internal team and clients alike.
A PMP-certified delivery professional, Ilia has led large-scale technology transformation programs across some of Australia's most recognised institutions. Most recently as Senior Delivery Manager at Aware Super — Australia's third-largest profit-to-member superannuation fund — he owned delivery of technology change across enterprise platforms including Bluedoor, AdviceOS, D365 CRM, Cornerstone, and Archer. He managed application and test teams, drove significant cost reductions, and achieved measurable quality improvements through process optimisation and technology consolidation.
Prior to Aware Super, Ilia spent nearly 12 years at VicSuper as Solution Delivery Manager — serving as application owner of the core superannuation platform (Sonata and D365), leading agile transformation of delivery teams, and managing a three-year Insurance Program through full insurer transition, digital member services rollout, and complex legislative compliance. Earlier career experience spans senior business analysis and project management at NAB, and business analysis at Mercer.
